Deadlines

The deadline for early registration poster abstract submission is 15th December 2017 (French Participants) & 31st December 2017 (Indian Participants).
The deadline for late registration is 15th January 2018 .
The deadline for poster submission is 15th January 2018.

To register for the school please follow the steps below:

-Go to the 'Registration' page

-Create a login account, fill and submit  the online registration form.

A mail with a validation link will be sent to the participants that will allow them to make further changes before the deadline. The participation in the school will be informed by confirmation email from the LOC.

The participants are expected to pay a registration fees of € 250 for early registration and € 300 for late registration (deadlines given below). It includes:

• 11th February- Welcoming reception and Dinner
• 12th-16th February- Coffee/tea/lunches/dinners during the meetings
• 14th February- Social activity
  
• 15th  February- School Dinner
  
• 17th  February- School Send-off Lunch
  

For the social activity, it will be possible to choose the option provided by the school or take an afternoon-off.

More details will be posted on this website in due course.

It will be possible to waive the registration fee for some graduate students and beginning researchers. The budget for this support is limited, and requests must be made before the 1st December deadline. You can send an e-mail to the LOC at ifcpar2017@gmail.com, stating the request for waiver of registration fees with relevant reason. The participants will be informed by the LOC regarding their request.
